    Feature



    1. Used with special magnetic guide instrument.
    2. Indicated to stabilize frectures between lesser trochanter and 10cm above femoral supracondylar
    3. The insertion point is piriformis fossa
    4. For dynamic locking, insert the locking bolt through the superior, proximal hole in the nail.  For delayed unions, controlled axial dynamization of the fracture, remove the static locking bolt at a later dater or remove the distal screws which are 15cm far from the fracture line.
